1. Agreement
By accessing crangela.ca ("the Site"), operated by Chris Winters ("Crangela"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. The Service
The Site provides music streaming previews, catalog browsing, creator-use information, and links to official releases on third-party platforms (Spotify, YouTube, etc.). The Site may also connect to social media APIs to publish promotional content on accounts owned and operated by Crangela.
3. Creator Use
Where tracks are offered for creator use, you must provide attribution to Crangela as stated on the Site. You may not claim ownership of the music, sublicense it for standalone distribution, or use it in ways that violate applicable law or third-party platform rules.
4. Intellectual Property
All music, artwork, video, trademarks, and site content are owned by Chris Winters or used under license. You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit Site content except as expressly permitted.
5. Third-Party Services
The Site links to and may integrate with third-party services (streaming platforms, social networks, analytics). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and policies.
6. Disclaimer
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crangela shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
